Pickup Policy
1. General Information
We offer a local pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. This service is available to help you save on shipping costs and receive your items faster.
2. Pickup Location**
Orders can be picked up at the following location:
2565 Warden Avenue
Scarborough State, M1W 2H5
3. Pickup Hours
Pickup hours are:
- Monday: 10:00AM 11:00AM
- Sunday and Tuesday 10:00AM. 12:00PM 3:00PM and 7:00PM
Please ensure you pick up your order within these hours. If you need to arrange a pickup outside of these hours, please contact us on WhatsApp in advance to make special arrangements.
4. Notification
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup for the time slot you have chosen. Please do not come to the pickup location until you have received this notification.
5. Identification
When picking up your order, please bring the following:
- A copy of your order confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device).
- A valid government-issued photo ID.
If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, they will need to provide a copy of your order confirmation email and their own valid government-issued photo ID.
6. Holding Period
We will hold your order for 3 days from the date of notification. If your order is not picked up within this period, it will be canceled and refunded.
