We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days (same day and next day shipping). Once shipped, wait times vary depending on your country or region and the shipping method you chose.

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:
USA - 7 to 20 Business Days
Canada - 3 to 9 Business Days
United Kingdom- 15 to 30 Business Days
Worldwide- 6 to 10 Business Days depending on country and customs
C. Delivery Terms:
We use USPS, Canada Post, UPS and other local shipping companies as shipping providers.
All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
E. Change of Delivery Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at hello@klaythelabel.com.
F. Cancellations:
There are no cancellations allowed. See refund & exchange policy for further information.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
H. Refused or returned shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees charged by the courier will be deducted from the refund.
I. International orders & duties (U.S. and worldwide)
International orders (including U.S. orders) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges determined by the destination country and courier. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price unless explicitly stated.
Amiyah Collection is not responsible for delays, refused deliveries, or returned packages due to customs or import charges. If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund. Refunds are issued for the product amount only once the item is received back in its original condition.
