Shipping policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During high-volume seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.


Shipping Times:

Estimated delivery times are as follows (after processing):

Canada: 2–9 business days

USA: 4–15 business days

International: 7–25 business days


These are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and customs processing.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Amiyah Collection is no longer responsible for its whereabouts. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.


Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated.


International Orders – Duties & Taxes:

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. For customers outside of Canada—including the U.S. and international destinations—customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your local customs office upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information.


Returns Due to Refused Customs Charges:

If you refuse to pay any customs charges and the shipment is returned to us, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued once we receive the item in its original condition.


Carrier Delays:

Please note that Amiyah Collection is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
