REFUSED PACKAGES:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender for any reason not caused by us, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return shipping costs. Once the item is received back in its original, unused condition, a refund will be issued for the product amount only. We do not refund original shipping fees.
